Event Staff Positions

Event Supervisor
Abilities: Can Produce large, 4+ game event
Pay: varies from $10 - $15 per hour
Performance Review: Based on punctuality, dress code. Ability to make proper decision balancing clients’ needs and company needs. Shows strong ability to manage people. Takes initiative in training other employees. Is enthusiastic and motivating to other employees. Interacts well with clients. Gets clients’ letters or call of job well done. Ability to supervise and break large events by self. Fills out paperwork properly. Returns with all equipment and trucks loaded properly. Good driving record with no damage to Party Pals vehicles. Strong knowledge of all games. Understands power distribution. Can do site layout. Ability to multi task and trouble shoot problems with games. Handles pressure and difficult clients well.

Lead
Abilities: Can supervise 2-3 game events
Pay: Varies from $9 to $12 per hour.
Performance Review: Based on punctuality, dress code. Ability to follow instructions and make on site decisions. Takes initiative in training other employees. Enthusiastic when running games. Interacts well with clients. Gets client’s letters or cal of job well done. Ability to safely run games by self. Returns with all equipment and trucks loaded properly. Fills out paperwork properly. Good driving record with no damage to Party Pals vehicles. Strong knowledge of most games. Shows strong ability to manage people. Makes sure equipment is handled and loaded properly. Handles pressure and difficult clients well.

Operator
Abilities: Can run single game events by self
Pay: Varies from $9 to $11 dollars per hour.
Performance Review: Based on punctuality, dress code. Ability to follow instructions. Takes initiative in helping. Enthusiastic when running games. Interacts well with clients. Ability to safely and properly run games by self. Good driving record. Returns with all equipment. Protects equipment when loading or handling. Takes initiative in learning new games.

Attendant
Abilities: Follows instructions, learn how to operate games
Pay: Varies from $8 to $9 dollars per hour.
Performance Review: Based on punctuality, dress code. Ability to follow instructions. Takes initiative in helping. Enthusiastic when running games. Protects equipment when loading or handling. Learns how to properly operate games.
