OK, you know Party Pals. What you may not know, and what is mentioned below, is that we have a sister company, Interactive Inflatables, which manufactures/sells custom inflatables. And the reason for this story is to demonstrate to you all that you never know where your next piece of business will come from…it could be totally unrelated to your product or service…so, here’s the story:

As some of you know, I am rather involved with the Los Angeles Chapter of the International Special Event Society (ISES LA). Earlier this summer, I received a phone call from Michael Friedman at Entertainment Lighting Services (ELS). I had met Michael at an ISES monthly meeting and we see each other at various meetings and industry functions. Well, it seems that Michael and John Chuck, the owner of ELS, had a project and wanted to know who made the inflatable games in our rental inventory. I told Michael that we made our own inflatables… well, actually Interactive Inflatables did. He had no clue that we were in that business also…again, that’s my fault. Being as involved with Party Pals as I am, I never really talk about the manufacturing side…which is stupid on my part.
